How we structure your intensive block
Option 1

The Sprint — Fully Intensive

Completed over 1–2 weeks. You'll drive 3–4 hours per day with built-in rest breaks, timed perfectly to finish just before your practical test. Ideal if you need your licence fast.

Option 2 — Recommended

The Flexi — Semi-Intensive

Spread over 3–6 weeks — e.g. 2–3 hour sessions twice a week. Highly recommended as it gives your brain more time to build muscle memory, and fits around work or college.

Intensive Course Terms & Conditions
1. Mandatory 2-Hour Assessment +
Before any intensive package dates are locked into the diary, a standard 2-hour assessment lesson must be completed. This ensures you have selected the correct number of hours for your actual ability. Your package will be adjusted if more or fewer hours are needed.
2. Theory Test Prerequisite +
Intensive courses cannot be scheduled or confirmed until you have successfully passed your official DVSA Theory Test.
3. Payment & Booking Deposit +
To secure a dedicated multi-day block in our calendar, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 14 days before your first intensive lesson begins.
4. Cancellation Policy +
Because intensive blocks require reserving large segments of our booking diary, our standard 48-hour notice policy is extended. Any cancellations or changes to the agreed intensive timetable must be made at least 14 days prior to the course start date. Late cancellations inside this window will result in forfeiture of those specific training hours.
5. Test Day Vehicle Discretion +
Use of the tuition car for the practical driving test is strictly subject to the instructor's professional opinion that you have reached a safe, independent, and test-ready standard. We reserve the right to withhold the vehicle if your driving poses a hazard to yourself or the public.

How many lessons will I need to pass? +
It varies by person, but most learners need between 20–45 hours of tuition. I'll give you an honest assessment after your first lesson and help you plan the most efficient route to passing.
Do you teach complete beginners? +
Absolutely. Many of my learners have never sat behind the wheel. We start from the very basics — controls, clutch, road awareness — and build up at your pace. There's no rush and no pressure.
What areas do you cover? +
I cover all of Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area — Hanley, Burslem, Longton, Fenton, Newcastle-under-Lyme and more. Pick-up and drop-off is always included. Not sure if I cover your area? Just drop your postcode in the contact form.
What's included in the Test Day Prep session? +
The Test Day Prep is a 2-hour session on the morning of your driving test. We drive the exact routes the examiner uses from Stoke Driving Test Centre so you arrive feeling calm and fully prepared — not nervous.
Can I use your car for the driving test? +
Yes. You can use my dual-control car for your practical test. I'll drive you to the test centre, and the car will be familiar and comfortable on the day. Just let me know when booking.
How do I book or reschedule a lesson? +
You can book online using the form on this page, call or text 07882 520 436, or message me on WhatsApp. I'll confirm your slot within a few hours. For reschedules, please give at least 48 hours' notice where possible.
Do block bookings expire? +
No — your lessons don't expire. Take them at whatever pace suits you. Whether you prefer weekly lessons or intensive blocks, your package stays valid. I want you to learn at the speed that works best for you.
What if I've had lessons before with a different instructor? +
No problem at all. We'll start with an assessment lesson so I can see where you are and what needs work. Switching instructors is completely normal and many learners find a change of approach makes a big difference.
